Finding the best nutrition approach for you doesn’t have to have a certain label and it doesn’t have to be complicated. By working together we can help you create long lasting lifestyle changes that will help you feel better forever.

Investing in your health is one of  the best investments you will ever make in your life. Remember, all good things take time. There is no magic pill, fast track to success, or shortcut you can take to get the life you want. You will need patience, hard work, consistency and discipline to reach your goals and sustain them for a lifetime.

I recommend a year of coaching to reach sustainable success. Some people may require less time and some may require more, and that's ok. My goal as your coach is to help you learn the skills you need to feel empowered and able to lead your own healthy lifestyle in the long run.

  • DETAILED INITIAL ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE

    • In order to help you reach your goals, I want to know everything there is to know about you. That includes a few things such as:  your history with nutrition, your current lifestyle and what kind of support system you have in place. 

  • YOUR PERSONALIZED NUTRITION PLAN

    • Using the information from your assessment, I will be able to create a personalized nutrition plan just for you.

    • Macro Tracking: Individualized macro targets fit for your lifestyle and goals

    • Behavior Coaching: Just getting started? No worries, we will work on helping you through behavior coaching first while also teaching you how to track macros.

  • WEEKLY CHECK-INS, GUIDANCE, SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

    • Weekly check-ins will include detailed questions about your week and your habits. 

    • Unlimited messaging with your coach to help navigate any situation

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Once you’ve made the decision to transform your life, sign up by filling out the application form below then select which coaching plan works best for you.

  • After making your first payment, you will receive an email to create your client portal login. By purchasing a coaching plan, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions

  • Upon creating your client portal login, you will need to fill out an Initial Assessment Questionnaire. Coaching will begin once that is completed. Please submit that within 7 days. The Initial Assessment Questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete and will require initial progress photos as well as body measurements.

  • After your Initial Assessment Questionnaire has been submitted, I will create a customized nutrition plan based off of your individual lifestyle and goals. Please allow 72 hours for your program to be delivered. Please note: This is NOT a meal plan telling you exactly what to eat. This nutrition plan includes 5 important foundations that are important to your overall health, customized macro targets, plus access to helpful resources as you embark on this new journey.

  • Each week I will check in with you through the client portal. Here, you will submit your food diary for the week (our software can sync with your MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+ account), answer a few questions and go over how your week went. At this time you may ask any questions and share any feedback.

  • As your coach, I will be there for guidance, support & accountability. I will review your weekly check-ins and make tweaks when needed according to your body’s biofeedback. You will also be allowed unlimited messaging to me through the client portal in order to help you navigate any situation.
