I first discovered a love for health and fitness in 2017 after joining a CrossFit gym as a challenge with my co-workers. After a lot of trial + error and researching free resources online, I was able to find a sustainable nutrition plan that worked for my lifestyle and goals.  I learned how fitness combined with proper nutrition can make you feel amazing. The journey of hard work and gaining knowledge on living a healthy lifestyle sparked a passion to help others experience the same kind of success in their own lives. My focus has always been on helping others understand how nutrition, exercise and daily habits can change your life for the better. As a Precision Nutrition L1 Certified Coach and CrossFit L1 Certified Trainer I am now pursuing my passion to do that.

It is my mission to empower and educate others on how they can live a healthy lifestyle right where they are and find what works for them in the long run. No fad diets. No shortcuts or quick fixes. Instead, I believe in being well-fed and striving for consistency in order to achieve lifetime results.

A little bit about me: I am an introvert (no that doesn't mean I hate people) and an Enneagram 5 which means I love learning and being alone recharges me. I have been married to the love of my life since 2008 and we have some pretty cute kids as a result. We live and breathe what the Bible says and we strive to put Jesus first in our daily lives. We work hard on being good stewards in every aspect of our life.

Oh and I may love to eat vegetables but I am also unapologetically in love with Little Caesars Pizza.
